Pets-N-Pals - (540) 886-5056

So I went o Pets-N-Pals today (3-5-2010) and the large cockatiel in their store had an Arby's curly fry. When I brought it to the staff member's attention she said Oh yeah, I gave it to him What?!? What are you thinking? Only minutes later I realized that the one Chinchilla that they had was SOAKING wet. They had a water bowl in his cage... Chinchillas can't get wet... what kind of pet store is this?!? Wondering if they have even a clue what is going on... Other than that a really good (from the first impression) pet store, lots of variety in fish, reptiles, small animals and cats and dogs.

I think Pets N Pals is a good pet store as far as pet supplies. They always have the latest and newest things on the market for your pets. They have a wide selection different supplies and brands. They usually have everything I need, and if not, they are always more than happy to order it for me. As for their livestock, I don't buy from them, and wouldn't reccomend it. I also think that they should be more choosy about who they hire. Don't get me wrong, all their employees are very nice, but none of them seem to know very much about the animals they're trying to sell. I've had people tell me that when they asked information or advice on a certain animal, their answers are often wrong. Insted of the employee telling them that they don't know, or asking someone that does know, they make something up. I had someone tell me that someone from Pets N Pals told them that they should only feed their Fire Bellied Toad one cricket once a week. Fire Bellied Toads should acually be fed as many cri
